What this covers

If your trip gets delayed for over 12 hours due to things like bad weather, equipment issues, or strikes, you could get reimbursed for reasonable expenses like meals or lodging. Eligibility & conditions

• Common Carrier is delayed for more than twelve (12) hours from the originally scheduled arrival time or requires an overnight stay.
• A Covered Traveler's Common Carrier travel must be paid for in whole or in part with the Eligible Account and/or Rewards programs associated with the Eligible Account.
• Delay must be due to a covered reason (e.g. equipment failure, inclement weather, strike, or hijacking/skyjacking).
