1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tarmovo (the "Service"), operated by Teliologix ("Tarmovo," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Tarmovo is — and isn't

Tarmovo helps you understand travel benefits that may already be included with your credit card — for example, coverage for flight delays, missed connections, or canceled flights — and estimate what you may be owed based on the terms your card issuer publishes.

Tarmovo is an independent informational tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any credit card issuer, network, or bank referenced in the Service. We do not file, submit, or guarantee the outcome of any claim on your behalf — you file directly with your card issuer or its benefits administrator, and Tarmovo can help you prepare what you need to do so. Coverage estimates, timelines, and eligibility summaries are provided for informational purposes only, may not reflect the most current issuer terms, and are not financial, legal, or insurance advice. Always confirm coverage details directly with your card issuer or benefits administrator before relying on them.

3. Accounts

You may use parts of the Service without an account. Creating an account lets you save coverage checks, build claim records, and receive optional notifications about claim deadlines or flight status. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent trip, flight, or expense information.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service or its content without our written permission.

5. Third-party services and content

The Service may reference or link to third parties — including card issuers, FlightAware (flight status data), and payment networks — and may use third-party providers to deliver email or SMS notifications. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party site or service is subject to that party's own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and underlying software, is owned by Teliologix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Credit card names, issuer names, and related marks referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the benefits associated with those cards.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT COVERAGE ESTIMATES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT ANY CLAIM WILL BE APPROVED OR PAID BY YOUR CARD ISSUER.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELIOLOGIX AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION IT PROVIDES, INCLUDING A CARD ISSUER'S DENIAL OF A CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
